What will your day look like?

We operate 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.

You will drive with your team to multiple homes per day and perform basic cleaning duties such as cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. You will also be responsible for picking up supplies at the beginning of the day and re-stocking at the end of the day.

Pay

Training pay is $15/hour (usually about 1-2 weeks)

After training ends pay is $18.50/hour for the first 90 days

After 90 days of reliability and quality work, you are eligible for $20-22/hour depending on job duties. During employment, regular reviews will be set up with your supervisor to discuss progress and possible raises.

What is our ideal candidate?

• 1-2 years of professional cleaning experience preferred

• Management experience is a plus and often results in faster promotions

• Is detail oriented

• Customer service oriented

• Hard working and reliable

• Can pass a background check

• Has a valid driver's license

• Is eligible to work in the US

• Strong desire to work as a team

• Able to work in homes with pets
