FAQ

  • What is the price?

We charge hourly so all homes and situations are entirely different, however we have some good guidelines under our “Request a Booking” tab on how to book the correct amount of time. Though some houses will need more time than others or less time than others of a similar size, these guidelines work for us 99% of the time.

  • What if those guidelines are out of my budget?

That’s okay! We can rotate or skip areas of your home to work within a budget that works for you. However, because we’re a premium service that spends extra money on high quality supplies and paying our employees a fantastic wage, we do not negotiate on our hourly rate.

  • How many cleaners do you send?

It all depends on the size of the house and how many staff we have available. We try not to have cleaners in homes for longer than two hours at a time (so 6 man hours would need 3 people for 2 hours). Rest assured, the price is always the same no matter how many cleaners we send.

  • What makes you a green cleaning company?

We have a mix of ways we try to be greener and more sustainable, but here’s a few examples:

    1. We have almost completely cut out our single use plastics. We use highly concentrated formulas that we fill our spray bottles up with every day.

    2. We drive together to jobs when possible to cut down on gas use and emissions. Some of us even drive hybrids!

    3. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and biobased products in our general cleans.

  • Do you do commercial cleanings?

Kind of. We have a handful of small offices that we clean for, but really our specialty is residential. You’re always welcome to give us a call and we can let you know if your commercial space can be managed by us or refer you toa company that may be better suited for the job.

  • Why do you require vaccinations for your workers?

This company was started in the middle of the Covid pandemic when the vaccines first came out. Most of our clients that hired us felt that having people in their home that were fully vaccinated was important to them. The reasonings they have vary, but in the end it’s all the same. They hired us to be cautious with the spreading of illnesses in their homes and we continue to take that seriously, pandemic or not.
