General Cleaning Timeframes and Pricing
Includes one time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. Below is a time guideline to help estimate costs.
*Please note that these estimates may vary based on condition and square footage.
It is recommended to add 1-2 hours to the initial cleaning or one time clean if you have not had a cleaning service in the last 30 days.
Kitchen- 1 hour (60 minutes)
Bathroom- .5 hour (30 minutes)
Bedroom- .25 hour (15 minutes)
Laundry Room- .25 hour (15 minutes)
General Living Spaces- 1-3 hours depending on square footage (60-180 minutes)
Add on charges are to cover the use of excess supplies plus a bonus for extra elbow grease for the employees. Please book extra time accordingly:
Interiors of windows (we cannot do exteriors) $25 (+0.5-1 hour labor)
Shower scrub and detail $40 (+1-2 hours labor)
Baseboard washing $30 (+0.5-1.5 hours labor)
Wall washing $30 (+0.5-1.5 hours labor)
Oven cleaning $40 (+0.5-1 hour labor)
Refrigerator cleanout $20 (+0.5-1 hour labor)
Labor rate is $70/hour per person
